Welcome
Welcome to the MVM Sedum website, where we show you our sedum products with passion. We have been working in green areas for decades. Both the construction and maintenance of green projects are within our expertise. We are also involved in the cultivation of various types of plants, including sedum. That happens in Bergen (L) in the Netherlands.
"Where did it start?"
MVM sedum originated in 2014. With our knowledge and expertise of growing plants, we then made the switch to the specific cultivation of sedum. Demand from the market grew and this turned out to be the right new challenge for us. We are therefore very proud of the company as it stands today and are curious about what the international market will bring us in the future.
Our dwellings
Breeding
MVM Sedum produces and markets sedum for green roofs. Throughout the year we are busy growing the plants in order to continuously have a top product of high quality in stock. To ensure that the sedum plants are hardy, all MVM Sedum sedum plants are grown outdoors. We use no fewer than 12 different types, which have been assessed for quality through years of selection. During the cultivation of the various sedum products, a specially developed substrate that meets the FLL guidelines is used. The transition from nursery to green roof is minimized in this way.
We use organic products during the cultivation process. So no chemicals are used. The fertilization we use for our nursery is therefore based on sugar cane. A very nice product with which we have achieved good results to date.
The delivery
One of our most important values is service. We therefore ensure that we are always ready for your questions and that your delivery is always on time. In the case of sedum cuttings or small orders of sedum plugs, sedum trays or sedum mats, we ensure with our own transport that your delivery is delivered to the right location at the desired time. For larger orders, we work closely with a regular carrier, so that our service remains optimal.
